I asked Terry via text, "What's the estimated time of completion this morning?".
He replied back, "...Don't worry. I'll let you know when your car is all ready to come home."
I don't appreciate him assuming that I was worried.
I don't appreciate that he didn't answer my question.
I had my 12 week old daughter with me and needed to plan feeding, napping, and diaper changes and that depended on when my car would be ready.
I'm a mathematician. Just because I had my infant daughter with me doesn't mean I'm in the corner fretting about my vehicle. This assumption should not be made about any woman. It's offensive.
Other than this interaction, I am and always have been satisfied with the service work completed by Heartland Toyota.
Terry was otherwise helpful and polite.

Overall service was, as always, courteous and efficient. And the lounge is very comfortable and the food service excellent. But, the unexpected absolutely wonderful perk was the complimentary chair massage by Julie from Rejuv! Such a nice person, as well as being very, very skilled! I will always try to schedule my appointments on Thursdays for that reason alone.
