Dustin was helpful and courteous, including my concerns understanding the bill, which included a car rental, but very confusing how it is detailed on the invoice. Since other customers have had the same issue, it might be something to look at so service advisors arent having to continually explain.

Dustin was great. He was **** awesome. Even when I was pretty pissed. Dude did his job and didn't try to get me to buy some extra crap I didn't ask for. He was great! I cannot say that enough. Also, the shuttle drivers were awesome. They were two old dudes. One dude's last name was Graves like mine. I forgot the other guys' name, but he was driving the Toyota van with a white horizontal sticker going across the vehicle. When a person has an appointment, they should be serviced when they get there. I was not. Two walk-in guys were helped before me and I was there before them. Also, not one employee approached me when I walked inside. I was the only black guy/person there. But the caucasian people who came in after me got help and were asked had they been serviced. I was just a couple feet from them and I got no offer of help. That's blatant prejudice. I won't call it racist. It felt like those working in front of me avoided me altogether. No one looked my way at all. But when the caucasians walked in, eyesight, attention, and effort were directed their way. It wasn't busy. The girl to the right of the door when you walk into the service center helped those guys. Not once did she off. Every customer deserves to be addressed and helped when they come in. Especially, those who make appointments are there at the required time. I don't want someone to call me to give me a scripted apology because it's what you're supposed to do or that's what you think will "satisfy" me. Just adjust, fix the issue of communication and prejudice, and move on. Again, Dustin was great. He tried to smoothe it over but I was like dude, **** it, stop apologizing and let's fix the issue with my car. And that's what Dustin did. He, Dustin, the guy to the right of the entrance to the service center, is a great employee.

I had outstanding customer service with James. I was very happy with him and his help/service. But I have to say that I was disappointed with the rest of my service experience. I was to pick up my car on Monday and James was not working that day. I did not receive a call from anyone with the status of my car as they were waiting in my tires to come in. I called after 3 pm and asked for an update. The lady in service said she’d call me back and never did. When I called back (about 4 times to finally get an update)I had a hard time reaching anyone or I was sent to voicemail. When I finally reached Scott in service he was going to call me in an hour when my car was to be done but I didn’t hear back until over an hour and a half later and it was 40 minutes before you closed.

It was a busy day and everyone was very friendly and greeted all guests and made sure we knew we would be taken care of shortly. During our visit while waiting on our service the service staff as well as another woman who helped us were all very pleasant and helpful.

I did not have an appointment but Nina was so kind to accommodate my vehicle. Work was done as estimated, presented and explained a part that needed to be changed. She was so nice yet conducted business very professionally. She cared that clients/customers be served properly with satisfaction. These are the kind of staff or crew who will keep people coming back to Toyota Heartland.

Aaron did well as usual, however, the new check-in process was not efficient. i had an appointment time and really prefer the one on one with a regular service rep, even when the immediate need is routine. let foljs who don't have appointments go thru the "express" line [it was anything but fast today].
