I had a 3:00 appointment. Despite multiple reminder emails being sent to me, they did not have the appointment on file. I waited until almost 3:30 to be helped, and my car was not ready for another hour.
I understand that they were under-staffed, but it was very inconvenient and I ended up being late to work as a result. It should not take 90 minutes from the time of my appointment for an oil change to be completed.

Wife took car home tells me the “Maintenance Needed” light is lit. If it was reviewed as being completed what else was not completed? Called service department on Saturday and asked “do I need to come back to have you reset it or can I do it myself?” Immediately told I could bring it in or do it myself by searching You Tube. No apology or nothing. I took care of it myself but you need to do better...
