I literally got off the plane from a 6 month deployment to a car that wouldn’t start. I got it to Toyota and all I wanted to do was go to bed. I was tired, jet lagged and hungry. Rick took awesome care of me and got me all set up so I could get out of there and go to sleep. He then kept me updated on everything the next day. I really appreciate him a lot

You are **** fraudulent! You lied about my truck needing new calipers (they're fine I looked myself at another mechanic and the pads are not unevenly worn either), then tried to charge me $880 for a one axle rear brake job (roughly double actual cost), and you most definitely did not turn my rear rotors in July like you charged me. Dont bother contacting me, I will block all your calls and emails forever. I will never use your technicians again nor will I ever buy a Toyota from you.

As usual,my experience at Toyota was 100% positive. I called service at 2:30 p.m.,received an immediate appointment for a headlight replacement, was greeted at my car as soon as I pulled in to the service lane and was escorted into the building where I was again greeted with smiles and "We'll be right with you". All of the customer service folks are wonderful, but Dustin Beeson is my favorite. I have been his customer on a few appointments. He always explains what is happening with my car in a way that I can understand and is patient, personable and skilled. Great job!!
