I specifically mentioned to top off the transmission fluid since I drained a quart and a half of fluid by mistake, and when she called me to say my truck was ready I was told that ALL fluid were checked and no need to top off. So I don't know how I will add the amount I drained back to the transmission.

My wife took our sienna in, asked about paint flecks from unavoidable road painting. Told our shield plan didn’t cover fixing this. After spending thousands on add-ons on the new vehicle, I would have thought we wouldn’t have been told to “scrape it off” or call our insurance. We bought our used Chevy Cruz from Heartland in July. The radiator developed a crack (whether it was there before we bought or after I don’t know) and we took it back to Heartland to have it fixed, Dustin Beeson was our service advisor and I’ve never been treated so fairly at a dealership before in my life. He took our car in and treated us like family. The problem was fixed at no charge thanks to our extended warranty. I highly advise anyone needing repairs to ask for Dustin, truly the best advisor and a very very genuine guy. I’ve been here several times and I haven't been treated as nicely as I was that day. Of course all the staff there are beyond helpful and kind, but Dustin definitely stood out as an amazing team player and should be recognized for his genuine personality and hardworking skills. If I had any say in it myself, this man deserves a promotion. Thank you very much Dustin for getting our Chevy back to perfect running condition!
