Was told my car was not balanced and the mechanics balanced my wheels. Just took it to firestone because it didn’t feel right. Wheels are 2.5oz OFF BALANCE still. What did I pay for? Had to pay extra because lug nut locks were not placed back in the same place they took them so had to break my lug locks. Very poor.

Came to get the oil changed on the Corolla. This appt should have been an hour or so but about 2 hours later it was noticed that a mistake had been made about the way it was entered into the computer. They did give me a free oil change for next visit.

Great service by personnel! Just shouldn’t have to replace all four door lock actuators before the vehicle reaches 45,000 miles! I even paid for maintenance plan up front and still charged $465! Unsay in that regard!

It was a great experience, I love Toyota I will be brining in my other vehicle in the future. I was honestly expecting the dealership to be more expensive than the quotes I got at other Mechanics but found to be a little less than expected. I also needed to dealership to just inspect my recently purchased used vehicle with 160000, miles. Hoping with regular maintenance that it will have many more miles to go...
