Friendly and knowledgeable customer service in a no pressure environment. I was apprehensive about bringing the vehicle into the “big dealership” but ultimately I am glad I did. Agreed in the beginning with a different service person that there would be a 5% Senior Discount. Had to return to person to get the refund. Stated I needed a new battery. I went to Les Schwab after and they said the battery was still good. Now I have lost trust in your service department. I asked that the squeak in the steering wheel be fixed. I was told there was no squeak. When I was backing out to leave the squeak was still there and I motioned for the service person to come hear it. He said it was coming from outside around the rubber boot. He said I could take it to a car wash and spray around it and that might clear it up. ****, I identified there was a squeak so fix it when it was in for service and do not hand the problem back to me to fix. Reset the trip odometer and I lost my data for my log.

Sorry—I meant to check YES. Mandy was very helpful. She made every attempt to assist. It is Toyota that I am unhappy with. Being charged $1200 for an audio system on a car that is only a few years old and only had 40,000 miles on it is unacceptable. I’m extremely upset with Toyota

After tire rotation, shimmy in front end from 55-70 mph. Happens when tires are rotated w/o also being balanced.
