Nina was right on top of it from when I stepped into the service dept. Approached me with a welcoming smile and started the paperwork to get started. Gave me an approximate eta on completion of vehicle service and a text was sent on completion. She was clear and thorough on explanation of all services completed. My only complaint is not having the car washed when completed. Makes it an inconvenience on time for a customer. Just sayin....Thank you, Polly Jankowski
