Service rep Amanda was absolutely awesome, and I hope her boyfriend finds her a buck! Although the service itself was less than satisfactory due to the fact that there were NO preventative measures taken to stall the known corrosion issues with my $46,000 tundra. The “inspection” revealed rust in multiple locations on the frame and subframe components, but “not enough” to warrant any action in replacing the frame or subframe components , let alone any sort of action to prohibit any further corrosion. I’m very disappointed in Toyota as I’ve been a very loyal customer to your product for many years, as well as 2 family generations... epic fail!
