I thought Dustin did a good job in helping me. When I told him I didn’t understand a concept he was trying to communicate to me he took the time to find some visuals and talk me through it. My issue on why I am not hapoy with your service doesn’t have to do with an employee. They were all polite and doing their jobs. Your process in dealing with the customers however needs work. To have someone come out and great you who works at one of the service desks which doesn’t have a customer sitting at it being helped and then hand you over to someone else reminds me of a technique car salesmen use that is referred to as
“bait and switch” and it isn’t a very good way to build trust with a customer. Plus, for a company that has been a leader in Lean Manufacturing this process shows a lot of waste. I don’t at all understand why you have changed the way this process works unless you want the customer to feel like a second class citizen and then you have achieved your goal.
