Amanda Martin was really nice to work with. I had a good laugh when I went outside to find my car - I thought I saw it, but when I walked up to it the trim package wasn't quite right - so I used my clicker and discovered my new looking Highland we I really love. The representative was great, and I appreciated the latte and massage, but the service staff did not check out my tire that had been losing air. When I asked at billing time, that had not been tended to and the car had to be taken back a second time. I imagine the service request related to the tire was just overlooked the first time. Fortunately, I was not in a huge hurry and had brought plenty to do.
