I had emailed mileage etc before coming. Apparently at 30,000 miles in addition to the regular service new spark plugs were recommended. I had over 29,000 miles on my Tacoma. Was not told about spark plugs online, when I arrived or when Nina went over with me about what was to bedone . She estimated 1 1/2 to 1 3:4 hours. So I waited. After about two hours your very nice service manager came out , said Nina was busy and now told me for first time that I needed new plugs based on vehicle mileage. Told me they could have done that during service had I known on arrival or by prior email. Could not stay longer so plugs will wait until next time. Since asked ...trying to sit in your lounge and just read was not at all enjoyable. No seats at all were available when I first came in. So had to stand for a while.
Upholstered seats are worn and hard to get out of. No place to set up laptop and do some work. Thanks for the coffee. Would think alll of you in the autoplex might want to get together and install a more convenient car wash. Would be happy to discuss with you over phone if you like
