Amanda did a great job today, but there was a problem that wasn’t her fault. I was kept waiting for 45 minutes after my car was ready because the clients before me were having trouble that she needed to take care of. It seems to me that other agents could have checked me out in a few minutes and sent me on my way instead of having me wait for problem solving by one agent. You need to review your method of taking care of routine and simple transactions.

Gennifer was very welcoming and as it was our first visit we were very pleased with the hospitality of a complimentary drink a very clean and pleasant lounge and prompt service time of less than an hour for our vehicles service. We were also given a coupon for a free car wash! When the service was done we were walked to where our car was parked and thanked us for bringing our vehicle in. I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name (but he mentioned he was new) because he was very nice and will make a great asset to the service team!

Amanda did her best to make me happy. I was completely satisfied with my oil change and the expected wait time estimate that she gave me. I did, however, my car was sitting in the driveway ready to go and the communication between the mechanic/technician needed improvement. She didn’t know my car was ready for twenty minutes while I knew my car was sitting there not being worked on. Honest mistake.

I don't like the change on military discount from 10 percent to 5 percent. It just shows a lack of respect to our military, both retired and active duty. Maybe management haven't served in the miltary. I personally probably won't buy another vehicle from Toyota. The service department has been great, but personnel in sales and financial doesn't show me the top notch quality of customer service that I have been used to in the past nine years. Thank you.

Rick crushed the entire truck breakdown from the first phone call to ask about the service that was needed till the end of the transaction by helping me to use some old loyalty points I have been meaning to redeem for years. Please give Rick some extra credit, time off with the family or some type of recognition for his attention to the customer that he provided. Good guy to work with and also like to say he worked well w his co worker Amanda as well. The team work was evident when I arrived to drop off my truck. Total service experience was a 10 of 10.
