Nice job, Austin. I had never been to the dealership before, having just moved from AtlantaGA. I wandered into the wrong door and asked him where to go, turns out he was the one assigned to my maintenance appointment.
He explained the covered 5000 mile coverage and quoted me on a trailer hitch I’m considering in the future for use of a bike rack.
A raise is always nice, so consider it!

This was the third time dealing w brakes and this visit I was told they could again replace the pads but they would probably also make noise- they weren’t exactly what was on the vehicle as original parts. For a $90 “upgraded brake pad”, it would solve the problem. I don’t understand why that wasn’t done the first time. Also the windshied wipers replaced in April don’t work and I appreciate that they were replaced at no cost but I again wonder if this will be an on going issue. Staff are great and work hard and I appreciate them.

Happy mostly. It took over an hour beyond what I was told and I ask them to check the hatchback that was lose on the right side. Appetite was not written down, therefore it was not fixed. I didn’t want to wait another hour. So they will have to check it next time. Other than that...everything is great.
