The multipoint inspection that was purported to be completed was just a blank piece of paper. This is strike two against this dealership but you don't really read or care about these reviews. They are a waste of time. If I could go somewhere else I would.

DUSTIN BEESON was very thorough in explaining the needs of my vehicle, how long it would take as well as the cost. When a problem arose, Dustin called me and explained options. In this case, to remove a rat's nest and install a barrier screen. He also arranged to have my tires rotated. He called the shuttle for me and it arrived in a timely manner. When picking up my car, Dustin went over all the charges, and answered all my question. I appreciate his conscienscousness. He is a fine representative of Heartland Toyota. The service took so long but that it's okay because I want them to do the job thoroughly. I dropped off the car at 12:45pm and was in the waiting room for about 2 hours. I got so bored, so I checked with Gennifer if it the service was finished. It turned out she had the paperwork back at her desk. I was annoyed because I was not notified or fetched from waiting by the coffee shop. She has to be more efficient. Customers don't know when service is done. One more thing. I felt like that day was overbooked with customers. A lot of people waiting for their cars in the coffee shop. I was afraid your mechanics are overwhelmed, overworked and possibly NOT doing a good job. I was worried.
