The multipoint inspection that was purported to be completed was just a blank piece of paper. This is strike two against this dealership but you don't really read or care about these reviews. They are a waste of time. If I could go somewhere else I would.

DUSTIN BEESON was very thorough in explaining the needs of my vehicle, how long it would take as well as the cost. When a problem arose, Dustin called me and explained options. In this case, to remove a rat's nest and install a barrier screen. He also arranged to have my tires rotated. He called the shuttle for me and it arrived in a timely manner. When picking up my car, Dustin went over all the charges, and answered all my question. I appreciate his conscienscousness. He is a fine representative of Heartland Toyota. DUSTIN gained my trust, made me feel comfortable and he was very professional! ???? Dustin is the best representative of your company, that I've dealt with!

The service took so long but that it's okay because I want them to do the job thoroughly. I dropped off the car at 12:45pm and was in the waiting room for about 2 hours. I got so bored, so I checked with Gennifer if it the service was finished. It turned out she had the paperwork back at her desk. I was annoyed because I was not notified or fetched from waiting by the coffee shop. She has to be more efficient. Customers don't know when service is done. One more thing. I felt like that day was overbooked with customers. A lot of people waiting for their cars in the coffee shop. I was afraid your mechanics are overwhelmed, overworked and possibly NOT doing a good job. I was worried.
