Dustin provided excellent customer service. He was prompt at getting back to me, provided the repair the vehicle needed and a list of other items that needed to be done. We were able to do some now by prioritizing and saved a few for later. He provided transportation for my daughter from the Enterprise car rental to the Heartland dealership. He even called to check on her when he didn’t hear from her by the estimated time of her arrival at the Enterprise. There had been a tornado in Port Orchard that evening and he was concerned for her. What a great experience in working with Dustin. We will definitely call him again the next time. Thank you.

it was really raining hard and I had to go a distance to get my car and I saw others get their cars under the roof! The rep was apologetic about having no umbrella but I got soaked because my raincoat and umbrella were in my car! I was soaked!
