This is the best service I have had on the Hazelwood hill. The headlights were buffed spotless. We thought we were going to habe to spend $800 for new headlights. I did not expect the $40 shop fee or the $7.50 disposal fee assessed following the 4 hour tire change and alignment. I’d understood the estimated cost on the invoice would be the total cost plus tax. I didn’t know enough to ask about shop fees and disposal fees. I just asked for the “out-the-door” cost estimate thinking that would cover all the fees I was unaware of. Guess I was wrong.

There seems to still be issues with the steering. Also not Aaron but the guy at the counter when I came in wouldn’t even look up or acknowledge that I was there. All the employees just seemed to not want to be there.
