Gennifer Wikstrom is the definition of fast, friendly, courteous, & professional customer service. We being 50+yrs in high volume retail, wholesale, & manufacturing customer service since 67' recognized it right away. Gennifer and the service technicians at her direction did a great job in detecting and solving any issues with our new 2019 Avalon XSE. Gennifer is the sole reason we have switched 100% of our future customer car care to Heartland Toyota and away from where we initially purchased our Avalon. You guys finished our vehicle in a timely manner even though there were a lot of people there & the employees were very courteous. The only thing I suggest is that you update the cafe / waiting area. The chairs are pretty worn out and the microwave in the cafe quit working while we were waiting. Other than that it was probably the fastest oil change & maintenance I’ve ever experienced. Also a message chair wouldn’t be a bad idea lol.
