Rick did a good job. My lack of satisfaction was due to the prior wheel alignment being done so poorly that the steering wheel was 30 degrees off level and the car pulled hard to the right. Was a bit unsafe to drive the car. Wheels had to be aligned again. I expect more from Heartland mechanics.
