I took my car in for a service and recall 2 weeks ago. This week, my car was making a weird sound so took it back to the dealership. Found out the shocks are under recall. I'm disappointed that this was not repaired when I brought my car in earlier. I had just.assumed when my vehicle was brought in that all outstanding recall notices would be fixed. Now I know in the future that whenever I come in I need to ask about all outstanding recalls in order for them to be repaired, and I can't count on the service department to take the initiative and fix these.

Nina Shaw provided me with outstanding customer service. That is one of the many reasons why I will continue to purchase a new vehicle in the future from your dealership. The customer service that I receive is always outstanding. There were staff members that came up to me that have provided outstanding customer service in the past while I was waiting for the service to be completed on my vehicle this evening. It was a pleasure to speak with each one of them and know that your staff truly cares about me. Staff members that I've never met before walked past me and said hello and smiled. Your staff are the best of the best and it shows throughout the dealership. Please keep doing what you are doing. I think your dealership should be the model that other dealerships follow.

Only one comment/question. There was a power outage while I was waiting for my 2016 Highlander to be serviced on 20 Dec 2018. Since the computers and printers were down, I received no hard copies of the service results. Will I receive them through the postal service (or by e-mail) soon? Please let me know. Thank you.
