I was really impressed with the customer service. I pulled into the lane to drop my car about 5 minutes ahead of my appointed time. There was a service technician standing there waiting for me. He walked me into to check in which was also a very efficient and pleasant experience. The wait time was exactly as expected and I enjoyed a free coffee and a sandwich while waiting. Thank you.

My service provider was great. This dealer is very successful and has great service. For that reason it is very busy. The check in process for service is not very organized. A take a number system, or some sort of clear line to stand in would eliminate frustration right there at the door.

Making appointment is nightmare. Have proof of discrimination and very poor service. Waited four hours for my car and nobody told me anything for the long wait. Will be considering g filing reports with BBB. Depends on what my attorney says. AND will be reaching out to all Deaf aND HOH folks not to buy or use Haselwood Toyota. I will be moving my service elsewhere when you can tell me where to go. Cannot live with this nightmare again.
