They tried to charge me for rotating my tires. I had just had my studs put on by Les Schwartz, and have never had my tires rotated at your business in the years I have been coming here. Don’t do things to my car that I don’t want just to raise the price.

No apology did they think that
I would not notice? But they were in a hurry to attend the Christmas party.... so they did not bother. When I took my car to the Toyota dealership ic ca I always got a car wash and a quick wipe down great customer service but this dealership has not been able to wash or take care of me as a valuable customer
