I was very pleased with the efficient and expeditious service that I received. Heartland Toyota's service department always does an exceptional job of repairing my vehicle and giving me updates. Aaron was quick at arranging my service and a rental car when needed. I would recommend anyone who wants excellent service to heartland Toyota and their team.

I brought my car in for an 8:30 appointment because I needed to be somewhere in the afternoon. When I was called about what needed to be done, I was assured it would be ready before 3. I called at 3 because I hadn’t heard anything yet, and was told it wasn’t ready yet. It wasn’t done until 4:15, and I missed my son’s swim meet because of that. I understand things happen, but there should have been ample time for the repair when it was available first thing in the morning, and I should have at least gotten updates when it was clear it would t be done in time so I could have told my son I wouldn’t be able to make it. I’m typically very happy with Toyota service and was disappointed this wasn’t up to that standard.
