I was not completely satisfied because Mr. Asyguirre did not seem to know exactly what he was doing, and I was confused because I thought I had signed up (online) for the 100,000 mile check up. I said I had received a quote of $68 online and he said that was for an oil change. I told him I wanted the 100,000 mile service and he said “let’s find you a package.” He started reading off what one package provided. I tried to show him my maintenance book, but he just glanced at it and said, “but I’m looking for one of our packages.” After a few more exchanges I frustratedly told him to do just the oil change. I don’t know if I got done all that needs to be done, but the car checked out okay by your technicians, so I assume I’m good till 104,012 miles when I will request the 105,000 mile service. No need to call me. This is the first time in 6+ years that I have not been completely satisfied with your services.

When I went to pay for my service the paperwork said they didn't use a 02 20 full synthetic like I requested and is on my oil cap they use synthetic blend which I was pretty frustrated about cuz you guys have done that to me twice before the young girl called somebody and have had them changed the wording on the invoice which is not really acceptable I wanted the right product put in
