Took an hour over the expected time (about 3 hours in total), cafe was low on inventory and unable to accomodate my request for a breakfast sandwich (cafe smelled so good though, yum!) and the leather lounge seats were awkward/kind of uncomfortable. Staff were friendly and professional. Overall I am impressed by the facility and service. I sincerely appreciate that the charges were waived. Heartland Toyota, you went above and beyond! The software update took much less time than I was originally told. Getting the 3 oil changes for $75 was great as well as the free car washes. And getting the free drinks was unexpected. The service I got when I originally brought the car in and when I came to pick it up was great.
