We went for service due to the message saying it's due. Synthetic oil only requires changing every 10k miles, but agent said you don't top/check fluids unless only changed. Also said it needs to be changed here in WA due to the moisture in the air. What kind of B.S. are you trying to feed my wife?!!

Although the recall itself was handled very professionally by Mr. Burkhalter, the quote for the additional repair was not. The quote given was only for the part (air filter) and did not include the labor and environmental fee. Work that I assumed would be around $50 turned out to be close to $100. If this is common practice,
then customers are forced to make uninformed monetary decisions.
