Although I got an engine warning light that caused me to have to come back to the shop on my way home from Toyota, and the pre-existing crack in the windshield had doubled in length while in the shop, Jake Wiegel immediately offered me a courtesy car and suggested I have the windshield replaced while the car was with him. I did not expect Toyota to pay for the windshield, but I was able to get the shop's discount price on the windshield replacement. Jake kept me appraised of the progress at all times and was an excellent representative for Toyota.

Our service was for the Perma shield and molding door strips. We were told that the vehicle needs to be clean of dirt and debris for the molding to adhere correctly so they will thoroughly wash and dry. When we picked up the vehicle It was still dirty and asked how were they able to put the strips on without having the car clean. We were told that they only wipe down the area where the strips get glued on. It was rectified when Richard asked that they take the car to the car wash and have it washed. Also I have small spots of cleaner or oil or something on the inner door leather where the window buttons are. I have not tried to scrub it yet Thank you for listening. I’m sure our next service will be fine.
By the way...WE LOVE THE TOYOTA!
