The fact that I was ~300 miles past my ability to cash in my last Toyota funded oil change and tire rotation was unacceptable. Be empowered and do the right thing for the customer. A shrug and “I don’t make the rules” is unhelpful. The more I thought about it, the more I realize I was denied approximately $90 in value. Would that be acceptable to any of you? I look forward to your response.

The last 2 days were very stressful when both of my vehicals were not running. I had to drive my 01 Tundra into work yesterday so I could stop by the dealer (HEARTLAND) to set up a appt. hopefully to get it fixed in a day or to. Jacob sat me down and started the paperwork to put the truck on the analyzer, Jacob found me in the customer lounge waiting to hear the news. The last words I remember were "ALL done Mr. Woodard" We talk about good wines and whiskies being "TOP SHELVE" In this case the service to the customer the obvious perfessionalism the sales staff and mechanics shown to the customers as well as the facilities are clean and products are well displaid. I really wanted to buy a YETI coffee cup but found them a little on the expensive side. As long as I own a Toyota I will continue to return to HEARTLAND for service. Thank you Jacob !
