I prefer to wait for work being done. I was repeatedly discouraged from doing so
This time saying they couldn’t guarantee it would take less than half or all day. Since it was a no charge recall fix I began to think they would work on it as time allowed between other jobs. We live 8 miles away and two round trips with a second car was a gallon of gas and an hour of extra driving time for an extra person. As it turned out you finished in 3 hrs and gave me a free car wash. Next time I hope to wait in your nice lounge with a comp coffee.
