Jacob was excellent with his follow-up and his explanation of the services required to repair my Lexus. In fact he exceeded my expectations. When my vehicle was delivered to me at work, I noticed that there is a scuff mark on my left front fender. It’s about the size of a pencil eraser. I’m hoping it buffs out.
