Terry Burkhalter was absolutely amazing. There was a serious misunderstanding when my wife called Heartland about the front panel on our Venza moonroof. I felt we were getting the run around. When we stopped by Heartland Terry quickly took charge and made sure we received excellent service. The glass was replaced in a timely fashion, required services completed and the car was available for pick- up earlier than promised. Clearly Terry exemplifies what a service manager should be.
