Jacob was very helpful and made some good recommendations for the care of my Toyota, while not being too pushy and salesman-like. Jacob was also clearly juggling a lot during my visit, multitasking by talking to me, answering the phone, and directing other services. I recommend Jacob gets a raise immediately.
