Picked up new car Monday Tuesdays I notified you of the rear passenger door paint had buff swells in the sunlight. Brought in and they cleaned it up still can see but more faint. Mr smith did not even walk out with me too look. Sade it is parked by the grass.

Dustin was super nice and helpful however when I picked my 4Runner up it was covered in what he was calling water spots but it literally looks like something dripping down my vehicle. I was so disappointed !!! It looks awful. The windows were so bad he had to get a kid to clean them. Offered for me to bring it back in a few days to wash. Ridiculous

While Dustin was clearly totally honest and sympathetic regarding this air injection pump replacement, I am mad as hell at Toyota in general for perpetrating such a travesty on its long- time (40 years in my case) loyal customers! This dailed part is a failed design issue plain and simple and should have been a recall long ago. Dustin did a great job of being professional in a difficult situation.
