Dustin was a great help. I’d called the dealer to make an appointment for service several days in advance, and I showed up early for it. Although I have a Toyota, the appointment was not on their schedule for that day. Somehow it was made at the Mazda dealer by the computer. Dustin straightened out and got me on the road in one hour, just as he saw it would take. I was on a very tight schedule that day because of a medical condition of my wife. Dustin even walked me out to my car when it was finished.
I love my Highlander and my wife loves hers too. We will buy new Highlanders when the time comes.

It seems like my concerns were not taken seriously. I took my car in after some work was done and i took it in because the problem seemed to be coming back.
I left the place feeling like they had gotten my money and that was all they were going to do as they keep saying they could not replicate my concerns. I also had to return and ask about my second concern, the brakes as when they called to tell me the car was ready they did not explained what they did or found on that issue as well.

Your service and Aaron were very good. Not happy with Toyota that because of poor engineering and design customer pays very ridiculous price for a normally $400.00 repair. Love Toyota with having owned in our family around 12 vehicles. Looking to replace this vehicle and strongly considering changing brand. Your dealership and Aaron did their best to keep cost down. Thank you. Toyota, you made the mistake, and should own up to it and stop screwing your customers and dealership.
