My vehicle should have been diagnosed correctly originally, 7 weeks ago when first brought in. Instead it has cost me 3 trips from Gig Harbor because they did not know that the 2007 Camry had an LED rear taillight assembly. They told me it was fixed originally when they discovered the brakelight bulb was loose and they had simply tightened it.

The detailing service wasn't up to par. There was quite visible dust on top of the dash panel, drops of polisher on multiple surfaces around the car. And a few bad streaks of polisher on the gauge panel and temperature control unit. On top of that there were several dried dirty splashes on the outside the car. And all that is even without a thorough inspection of the car. I literally collected dust from different surfaces. I don't think that is acceptable
