Need more accurate feedback on how the work is progressing on my truck. I called Monday morning to find out and was told someone from the service department would call back. After waiting for an hour for a call I called back. The lady I talked to said that she could not reach anyone at the service department but that the computer said the work was done and to come in to pick up the truck. When I got there I found out the work was not done and had to wait in the lobby for an hour for the work to be completed. The 2 days I spent there had a lot of people in the lobby having their cars worked on. I am wondering if your staff is overwhelmed with work and needs more staff to handle the work load.

Jacob was the most attentive and friendly of all the service staff- and the *only* one who greeted me, or any of the other customers who came in while I was in the service reception area. He looked up with a smile for everyone who came through the door and still managed to be efficient and thoroughly helpful. You have a total gem of an employee here!

I was told the service would take 1 hour and was not updated as to why it took 2 hours until my car was ready. Usually I receive up to date service, but I brought my car in for a routine service and it was found I needed additional service and I would have appreciated an update. Otherwise, staff was friendly.
