I trust Rick with the guidance he gives me regarding the maintenance on my car. I truly regard him as a friend I can trust. I love the comfortable setting at Heartland Toyota. your oil change does not include a tire rotation when compared to will titus toyota also they give a 10% discount to veterans. seems like an easy choice for me on my next oil change. BTW, when your employee tells me it's my choice to go to will titus pretty much tells me customer satisfaction is not a priority.

I had an appointment at 3:30pm. I entered the Service department and waited 20 minutes before seeking an employee to assist me. While I had waited, I was ignored and passed by several employees who did not seem to notice that I was not being assisted. It is apparent that Heartland Toyota does not mind wasting my time, therefore I will be sure to take my business elsewhere.
