I had a scheduled 4:00 appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I was told my car would be ready by 5 00. I saw how busy the service department was so I waited until 5:30 to check on status of my car. Service desk guy apologized and immediately checked on my car. I was told it would be at least 15 more minutes. I got done around 5:50, almost 2 hours. I was unhappy with the time it took based on having a scheduled appointment. Service desk was courteous.

I had received the worst customer service at the dealership I had been going to. I don’t know why I stuck around so long! After today, I just won’t ever go back there again. Dustin was the complete opposite! What a breath of fresh air to have someone not only create a positive customer service experience, but truly take it to the next level.
