My appointment was for 1355, my automobile did not get onto the rack until 1450 adding nearly an hour to my wait time. If I can be on time I would expect the same from you, or at least notification as to the delay. I believe you can do better in keeping customers aware if there is a delay. Dustin Beeson was great (he showed more interest in my problem than anyone to date in the Heartland world) trying to deal with a systemic Toyota problem, i.e., security alarm miss-fire which has plagued my Highlander for years, to the point I will not buy another Toyota product unless this gets fixed...I'll even pay for the fix just figure it out!
