Came in for what I thought was going to be a simple 98K service prior to shipping my 2006 Highlander to my son in North Carolina. During the service your folks discovered a water system leak. Knowing of my timetable Aaron expedited a pressure test, completed in less than 40 minutes and within another 3.5 hours had a new radiator installed. Amazing service. The final bill was for much less than I ever expected again due to Aarons help. I am a 25-year customer of Heartland Toyota and continue to be amazed at the high level of professional and concerned care that folks like Aaron and your tech staff provide. I can't thank you enough. I like Aaron. You all recommended brake work at the 100000 check. I doubted that and confirmed with independent mechanic at 105K. You all recommended again at 110K. But today Aaron did not make that recommendation. He looked genuinely surprised that it had been previously recommended. This was going to be my last time in, but I have changed my mind.

Your technician failed to reinstall the panel over the multifunction display and left a tool in my car. The touch screen was clean and had no damage your tech left it dirty and the screen looks damaged. The buttons surrounding the screen, a few of them look damaged like a residue was smeared on one or two buttons or something. My honest feedback is that I am pissed and I will take a closer look at it tomorrow before I bring it back in to get corrected. If the touch screen is damaged by your tech you are paying for a new one. Unbelievable, the plastic panel that the tech failed to install correctly also has damage. I will be sure to have a manager sit with me in the car and look at everything. Maybe I need to babysit your technician and film their work to protect myself? ZERO STARS OUT OF FIVE I was 15 minutes early to my appointment and you took three hours to **** up my display. Amazing service.
