The vehicle was delivered in time as promised. The shuttle service is awesome. The service advisors have a good communication links with the drivers. Gary was waiting for me at the door as soon I received a text message from Aaron that my vehicle is ready for pick up. I can tell the difference between an Heartland service advisor compare to the service advisor at West Hill Ford. Sorry to compare my experiences with them more than a week ago. Thank you Aaron for doing a good job.

I was told that my O2 sensor needed to be replaced and that it was going to be a $300+ part and then Labor all totaling $750+. They also informed me that it looked rusted around the existing part so the entire manifold may need replacing, costing up to $1400. I left, bought the part from autozone for under $200 and my brother replaced it in 30 minutes. He said there was zero rust around the part or anywhere in my engine. I would not recommend your services. Everyone I’ve told says “well you’re a girl so of course they said that”. I’ve been a very loyal Toyota customer and you have done all the work on my highlander but after that experience, I don’t trust your business. I am a single mom Traveling to Tacoma 5 days a week for my education, I don’t appreciate being taken advantage of.
