Dustin took the time to listen to what the problem with the truck was. Too many times in the past at other dealerships and service centers, they will let someone talk for a few seconds then stop them. You have a good man there and as someone who has two Toyota's, I hope I get him each time we need service.

Normally service takes 45-60 minutes for an oil change, tire rotation. Today it took 2 hours! I stood in line to check in for over 15 minutes. People were clearly overworked and understaffed!

Due to a discrepancy of my previous service that was done on my vehicle I was told our next service which was a 75K service package would be compensated that was necessary for my vehicle as per Dustin Gregory Beeson my recent visit was a nightmare from scheduling an appointment to the service package that I was promised as per Scott Moritz with email as proof.
