I was not contacted that my vehicle was ready and when I messaged for a status update and for someone to respond and let me know when my vehicle was ready no one responded. I came to the dealership in the last 30 mins of the day only hoping my vehicle was ready. Luckily it was and I didn’t have to scramble for transportation the next day. Everything else was fine.

You still need to improve the check-in process for service appointments. When we arrived there were six or seven people waiting. We had no way of knowing who was first or next. Your service advisors did a good job of sorting things out by asking the people for their appointment times. However, you need to have a sign-in sheet or number dispenser to eliminate the confusion. Thanks.

I BROUGHT IN THE PARTS AND GOT QUOTED TO INSTALL TWO HOSES. THEY ONLY INSTALLED ONE HOSE AND STILL HAD TO PAY THE SAME PRICE THAT I GOT QUOTED ON.NOW I have to worry about the other hose going bad and paying the same price again.Bad business on your part.I have been doing business with Heartland for a long time and this draws the line between the assistance manager of service department. Trust is important to me And I hope it is the same to your business

You need to give Dustin a raise. The problem with 4-Lo was a recurring one, despite having followed the manual explicitly. Not only did he have a good idea of what the issue was, but he pursued diagnosis and resolution methodically, and patiently. As it turns out, when switching to or from 4-Lo, you have to mash the clutch all the way to the firewall, in order to trip the same switch required for starting. The manual says to "depress and hold the clutch pedal", (which I had done), and makes no mention of the switch. Anyway, Dustin knew about it, was able to diagnose my failure, and PROMPTLY averted a potentially expensive diagnosis and service appointment. Every shop needs 10 guys like this.
