Mr. Wessel, noting my mobility issues, was kind enough to bring a clipboard to the chair I was sitting in so that I did not have to stand at length at his podium-like counter.
Personally, I much prefer the previous, more personal service entrance where I was able to sit across a desk from someone when I arrived for service. The monolithic podiums that are now in place, seem like a barrier to communication, and anything but welcoming.

I initially spent $70 for the apple car play retro fit to my car and I’m glad I didn’t just drive away and checked, because come to find out my car isn’t upgradable which is annoying because I had to get it refunded (which I’m not faulting the guy who helped me out since I was refunded in the same hour) but it’s frustrating that Toyota doesn’t offer it on select systems because now I have to go to an aftermarket option if I want it in my car and potential void my warranty on it. It’s a super simple conversion I can do myself but now instead of the $70 I’m gonna have to probably pay double that if I’m lucky. I’m thankful for the new battery, but pretty bummed about the stereo options especially cause I have the upgraded sound system in my car
