Mr Wiegel is the only service person at Heartland that has ever impressed me. He has a sense of urgency yet calmness. He is very customer centric and appreciates that no one wants to just hang around a car service repair shop. He knows that we are there because we have little choice. We need our auto repaired. He gets us in and out as quickly as possible but no faster. He explains upfront what needs to be addressed, explains exceptions clearly, and reviews the service when completing the service invoice. Having bought several autos from the complex I suggest Jacob is considered for a broader service position as it becomes available.

I just moved to the area, and had not been to your location yet. Your team was able to get me in for a same day service, which I did not expect to be possible. The complementary coffee was great, lounge was comfortable, and I did not feel hassled by sales people while looking at other vehicles. Overall, job well done, and I will most certainly be back.
