I was told the airbag replacement would take one hour when I scheduled it, however when my husband arrived with the truck, he was told it would take three hours and there was no loaner car available, so that was frustrating that he had to miss half a day of work for the appointment.

Jacob was very pleasant and super helpful. After waiting awhile he was the only one who walked up to see if u had been helped, I said no, and he immediately helped me. He also caught the wrong service paperwork in my vehicle and key ( belonged to a different vehicle and it was put in mine) informed the service agent of the error regarding paperwork was in the wrong vehicle, helped that agent to fix it, and completed mine. Very very helpful and team player.
