Your service folks did a great job but they could not diagnose an intermittent problem with my 2017 Toyota 4Runner it had an instance or 2 of a vibration and a grinding noise that came from the drivetrain or transmission

We have been waiting for the last part of our package we bought for our 2019 4 runner sr5 prim. It took over a month to get it in when the deal said he would have it completed in 1 week. Now that it was done yesterday the window tint is the wrong color and it has bubbles in it. I’m cringing at the fact I have to go back and deal with heartland Toyota!! Your so called commitment and customer service is extremely poor. I will never purchase another Toyota from you or recommend this dealership. This is my 3 Toyota. Good thing the rigs are amazing or your dealership would be screwed
