The experience with my oil change and tire rotation was positive. I appreciated the voucher for the free cafe drink during my wait. The time quoted was accurate. The only reason I was not completely satisfied was due to an issue with a replacement part that I was expecting that was negotiated with my sales and finance rep when I purchased my vehicle in July from Heartland Toyota. The service manager and assistant manager were unable to get ahold of either reps and could not find documentation regarding the hood insulation piece I was told would be replaced during my first oil change service. It was all part of the trade in/negotiation of the sale 2 months ago and I asked if a photo of the part was needed before I came in for service and there was no response. I was told they could not find notes or documentation on this matter during my service appt. I am hoping this will be resolved soon and without issue.

When I bring my cars in for service I expect the polished interaction that I always required from my staff. I am pleased to tell you the my experience with Cole exceeded my expectations. While waiting for my car I had the opportunity to observe Cole’s interaction with an older woman who had some rodent damage to her car. I was equally impressed by the time he took to patiently explain what had happened and what was needed.
