I don’t know his last name but he came up to me and asked me questions about my being happy with my car, the service at the dealership and with my car insurance. My service tech Jake did a great job. He was very professional and did everything he could to help me with my vehicle. Whoever is responsible for diagnosing my USB port / radio should be reprimanded. Not only did they damage my dashboard, they didn’t bother to say anything or accept responsibility for their actions. I understand mistakes happen, however I have zero tolerance for not being told the truth and discovering the damage on my own. There is no way this person did not know they had damaged my car by obviously using the wrong tool when inspecting my car. I find this unacceptable and a huge inconvenience. Jake should be rewarded for the manner in which he handled this matter.
