I was told it would take an hour or two (on the recall letter, when I called Toyotas hotline...and I thought also when I talked with your business) and I would get a call back. I had to call 4 hrs after drop off and it still wasn't done. It was ok but very inconvenient to the schedule for our whole family while we had to adjust our evening.
